When we carry out a complete renovation of an rental apartment, we always provide a move-out guarantee. If a housing association or a tenant orders us to carry out a renovation of an apartment when moving out, it includes:
- Handling of all painting services
- Floor treatment and/or floor sanding
- Total cleaning of the apartment
- Guarantee for correctly performed work
- That the painting work is covered by a guarantee scheme
- Free correction of any errors and omissions

About Maler-Teamet
At Maler-Teamet, we always strive to deliver painting services of the highest quality. That is why our team of painters consists of skilled painters who know their craft. Likewise, we always use paint and other painting products of good quality which will last for many years to come.
Maler-Teamet has existed since 2014 and we have slowly but surely received more and bigger assignments over the years. We are today a team of 10 skilled painters, who together can handle large renovation and painting projects. We are based in Valby, but service customers throughout Greater Copenhagen. However, we have the most customers in Valby, Copenhagen, Rødovre, Hvidovre and Frederiksberg.
As your guarantee for well-executed work, we are covered by the Danish Painters’ Guarantee scheme. As a professional painting company in the Copenhagen area, we are both a member of Danske Malermestre (Association of Danish Painters) and Københavns Malerlaug (Association of Painters in Copenhagen).

Maler-Teamet is owned and managed by me, Martin Omel Madsen. I myself am a professional painter and have worked in the painting industry since 2000. In addition to helping with various painting tasks, I am also the one who handles the contact to both large business customers and private customers.
